Water, White Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Pineapple Juice Concentrate (Concentrated Pineapple Juice, Water), Tomato Paste, Modified Corn Starch, Acidity Regulator (E260), Salt, Colours (E160c, E160a), Stabilizer (E415). Contains Wheat, Soybeans, Naturally Present Sulphites.
1. Mix pork fillet with marinade (1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp beaten egg).
2. Dust pork fillet with corn starch and deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain excessive oil.
3. Sauté red bell pepper and pineapple in 1 tbsp oil.
4. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet and Sour Pork/ Spare Ribs and heat through.
5. Add pork fillet and stir well.
