Q) I used a discount code for my order, will I get the same amount of points as the original price or the discounted price?
A) The discounted price. The points you receive from an order would be the same as the amount you paid.
Q) I liked Spot On’s Facebook page / have been following Spot On’s Instagram account before I signed up as a member, do I still get the reward points?
A) Yes. But as the system cannot track your activities on social media without permission, please click the ‘Rewards’ box at the bottom right corner. Then click ‘How to earn points’ and select the missions you completed. You will be directed to the relative page(s). Close the page and the points are earned!
Q) Can I return the products I redeemed with reward points?
A) No. If the redeemed product is damaged, please take photo(s) or video(s) as proof of evidence and send it within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for replacements.
