Spot on Green specialises in food and products with a slightly damaged packaging, or that may past its Best Before Date.  All Best Before Dates are advertised on each individual item page. We recommend that all purchased products shall be consumed as soon as possible.   

It is the customer’s responsibility to check any date before purchasing.  If you are unsure of the Best Before Date, please email info@multiproducts.com.hk with the item and request. 

Spot on Green will endeavour to ensure that the content and the product descriptions on this Site to be accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that the content and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current or error-free.

The products on Spot on Green are provided on an as is basis, without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind either express or implied. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Spot on Green provides you with the products on the basis that Spot on Green excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions as to non-infringement, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill).

Spot on Dealz reserves the right to refuse a refund and/or return on an item that passed the Best Before Date where this has been correctly advertised.   

Customers that purchase our products do so at their own risk.  By purchasing our products, the customers and its representatives expressly releases and discharges Spot on Green and its representatives from any and all claims, causes of action, damages or other liability which might have risen from or be related to the purchased products, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
