Orders placed from throughout the week may be delivered as soon as 24 hours at the earliest*

We offer delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau. Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, road which prohibit truck weighted 5.5 or above, exhibition, hotel, apartment under renovation, boat house / boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery has to go through the balcony, and other select areas – please contact us if you would like more details.

Orders above $250 ($300 MOP Macau) are free of charge delivery*. Orders below are based on the weight of the cart.

(HK Only) Yes, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. Please note (If your purchase order could not be completed within 30 days after date of purchase, and if there is no further arrangement that could be made, Spot On reserves the right to handle the purchased item(s) with its own absolute discretion without further notice.)
*Outlying islands will require an extra business day for delivery
