Preparation manual：
• Add 1 egg and 40ml of milk in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
• Add 1 pack of souffle pancake mix (80g) into the bowl and mix until smooth.
• Preheat your pan with medium heat. Once the pan has been preheated, place it over a dampened towel to cool down momentarily
• Add a moderate amount of oil in the pre-heated pan
• Add the batter into the pan and switch to low heat
• Heat the souffle pancake for 3 minutes and flip to the other side when small bubbles begin to surface
• Heat the other side of the pancake for 3 more minutes until golden brown
• Serve with your favorite topping and enjoy!
