Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), White Sugar, Salted Chilli Peppers (Chilli Peppers, Salt), Oyster Sauce (Water, Sugar, Salt, Oyster Extract (Oysters, Water, Salt), Modified Corn Starch, Colour (E150a)), Tomato Paste, Modified Corn Starch, Dehydrated Garlic, Soybean Oil, Spices, Acid (E270), Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E631, E627). 1. Deep-fry egg-plant in hot oil or cook in boiling water. Drain excessive oil or water.
2. Stir-fry minced pork in 1 tbsp oil until done.
3. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Spicy Garlic Egg-plant and egg-plant.
4. Stir well until heated through.
