Water, White Sugar, Sweetened Lemon Juice (White Sugar, Lemon Juice, Water), Dried Glucose Syrup, Salted Plums (Plums, Salt), Modified Corn Starch, Rice Vinegar, Salt, Acid (E330), Flavouring, Acidity Regulator (E331), Stabilizer (E415), Turmeric Powder. Contains Wheat, Soybeans, Naturally Present Sulphites.
1. Mix chicken with 1 tbsp beaten egg. Dust chicken with corn starch.
2. Pan-fry in 5 tbsp hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain excessive oil.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Lemon Chicken and heat through.
4. Add chicken and stir well.
