    • Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), White Sugar, Tomato Paste, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Water, Salt, Maltodextrin, Sugar), Dried Glucose Syrup, Oyster Sauce (Water, Sugar, Salt, Oyster Extract (Oysters, Water, Salt), Modified Corn Starch, Colour (E150a)), Soybean Oil, Dehydrated Garlic, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Lemongrass Powder, Onion Powder, Spice, Flavouring, Acid (E330), Stabilizer (E415), Flavour Enhancers (E631, E627). Contains Soybeans, Wheat, Naturally Present Sulphites.

    • 1. Marinate 10 pieces [about 400g / 14 oz] chicken wings (middle joints) with 1 pack of Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Marinade for 1 hour.

      2. Pan-fry chicken wings over low heat until golden yellow.

      3. Mix the remaining marinade in bowl with 2 tbsp water, pour into the chicken wings and continue to cook until done.
