For the body - Squeeze a little into your hands and massage onto damp skin, rinsing off with warm water. For a richer lather, apply with a body sponge.
For the face - Squeeze a little onto your hands and massage into the face in circular motions. Being careful to avoid the eye area. Rinse off with warm water.
