1. Prepare the spices (e.g. galangal, lemongrass, dried red chilli, lime leaf, etc.), seafood and mushrooms of your choice
2. Boil water and add the spices and mushrooms
3. Add seafood, seasoning (sugar, fish sauce, etc.) and the Tom Yam Chilli Paste
4. Simmer until all ingredients are cooked through
5. Remove from the heat and add lime juice
