Sempio Korean Stewed Beef Ribs Sauce is made with soy sauce, kiwifruit, pineapple. The mildly sweet taste enriches the flavour of beef ribs.

Cooking Instructions:
【Korean Beef Ribs Stew】
1. Blanch the beef ribs over high heat for 5 minutes. Dispose of water.
2. Add 1L of water and the sauce to the pot, simmer over in medium heat for 45 minutes
3. Add carrot, white radish and onions, simmer over in medium heat for 45 minutes
【Korean Beef Stir Fry】
1. Marinate approx. 500g of beef slice with the sauce for 10 mins
2. Slice carrots, spring onions and onions
3. Stir fry the beef first, then add in the vegetables
