FAQ
Q) I used a discount code for my order, will I get the same amount of points as the original price or the discounted price?
A) The discounted price. The points you receive from an order would be the same as the amount you paid.
Q) I liked Spot On’s Facebook page / have been following Spot On’s Instagram account before I signed up as a member, do I still get the reward points?
A) Yes. But as the system cannot track your activities on social media without permission, please click the ‘Rewards’ box at the bottom right corner. Then click ‘How to earn points’ and select the missions you completed. You will be directed to the relative page(s). Close the page and the points are earned!
Q) Can I return the products I redeemed with reward points?
A) No. If the redeemed product is damaged, please take photo(s) or video(s) as proof of evidence and send it within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for replacements.
Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Spot On Membership program ("Membership"). By enrolling in this Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: Only individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address and purchase from www.spotondealz.com.hk and their retail location are eligible to enrol in the Membership.
Membership Points: Membership points ("Points") are earned by making purchases at participating stores. For every 1 HKD spent, you will earn 1 Point.
Points Expiration: Accumulated points will stay forever on an active account. To keep the account active, members must redeem or earn points within 6 months of last activity.
Membership Benefits: Members may be eligible for exclusive promotions, discounts, and other benefits offered by participating stores. These benefits are subject to change and may vary by location.
Minimum redemption amount: 2000 Reward points = $20 off non-discounted products
Privacy Policy: By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to our privacy policy, which can be found on this link.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your Membership at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.
Changes: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Membership after any changes to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from your participation in the Membership.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Products that are redeemed fully or partly via membership points and are authorised for refund, will have points returned to the member account equivalent to the amount used in the original exchange.
Each person is limited to one membership account. In the event that we discover that a customer has more than one account, we hold the right to cancel the account and all accumulated points will be forfeited.
Point redemption is limited to selected products and at their original price.
Each order is limited to one discount code only
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Spot On Dealz shall be final.
