Cooking instructions:
• Required ingredients：2 eggs, 400ml milk or 280ml water
• Add the eggs into the Hotcake Mix, and then the milk or water. Mix well until smooth
• Preheat your pan with low heat and grease the pan with oil or butter
• Add the batter into the pan and heat each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown
• On the golden Hotcakes, add syrup, honey, butter, or other toppings of your choosing
