Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix the pancake mix with egg and water (the ratio of pancake mix:liquid = 1:3-4)
2. Cut your chosen ingredients into slices, put them in the mixture and mix well
3. Heat up a pan with oil, pour the pancake mixture evenly into the pan. Do not pour too much each time to avoid undercooking of the inside.
4. Fry the 2 sides with a low heat. Enjoy.
