Terms and Conditions

• The competition is open from 00:00 1st  – 23:59 14th  February 2024 inclusive. Late entries will not be accepted.
• Participants' total order amounts will be calculated based on the final price paid at checkout, excluding delivery fees.
• Any orders that are refunded during the promotion period will not count towards a participant's total order amount.
• In the event of a tie for the top order amounts, the winner will be determined by who placed their order first on a first come, first served basis.
• The prizes for the top 5 places are:
  • 1st Place: 30% discount coupon for Spot On Dealz online shop x 1
  • 2nd Place: 20% off coupon x1 (Can be used in any one of the selected restaurants: Bushra, Social Bar & Grill, Ruen Thai & Vietnamese, Chilli Lime and Crust Italian)
  • 3rd Place: Large mystery gift
  • 4th Place: Small mystery gift
  • 5th Place: Free delivery coupon for Spot On Dealz online shop x 1
• The 30% discount coupon for Spot On Dealz can only be used on originally priced items on the online store. It does not apply to items already discounted or included in other ongoing promotions.
• To redeem the 20% off restaurant coupon, the winner must inform staff and present the valid coupon before placing an order at a participating restaurant. The coupon is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Restaurant staff have the final decision on acceptance and redemption of the coupon.
• The mystery gifts will be sent within 7 days after the end of the promotion, Spot On Dealz will send an email to inform winners when we send out the gifts.
• Prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected in their place.
• Customers are responsible for checking terms and ensuring fulfilment before expiry. No extensions will be granted.
• Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• If there are any enquiries upon the received gifts, winners must inform Spot On Dealz customer service in 24 hours of receiving the gifts.
• By participating, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions. Spot On Dealz’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.

• This promotion is open to HK residents aged 18 years or over

• If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

• 訂單累計時段為2024年2月1日00:00 – 2024年2月14日23:59，時段外的訂單將不作計算。
• 累計金額以結帳時顧客須付的金額計算，運費不計算在內。
• 推廣期內的訂單如經退款，相關金額將不計算作累計消費。
• 如出現累計金額相同的情況，先下單者將獲得優先排名。
• 首五名顧客可依序獲得以下禮品：

• 置好價網店7折優惠優惠劵只適用於網店的原價貨品，折扣產品將無法獲得額外折扣。
• 如使用指定餐廳8折優惠券時，請在點餐前通知職員。優惠券在發出的3個月內有效。該餐廳的員工保留最終決定權。
• 神秘禮物將於收到得獎者回覆的7天內寄出，置好價寄出獎品後會以電郵通知得獎者。
• 置好價會在活動結束後的7天內以電郵或電話通知得獎者，如無法聯絡得獎者，或7天內未獲得獎者回覆，置好價將按排名順位選出另一名得獎者。
• 參加者需自行參閱條款及細則，並在獎品到期前換領或使用，逾期恕不受理。
• 獎品不可退款或退換成現金。
• 如得獎者收到獎品後有任何查詢，請在24小時內通知聯絡置好價客服。
• 參加本活動即代表參加者已細閱並同意本條款及細則。如有任何爭議，置好價將保留最終決定權。
• 此活動只供18歲或以上的香港居民參加。
• 如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。
